How Meta Ads Intelligence handles customer, workspace, Meta, and Shopify data.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how connected providers are handled, and how customers can request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy actions.
This page is a product privacy policy for the platform. It is not legal advice. Customers should review it with their legal team for their own business obligations.
1. Information we collect
- Account and workspace information such as name, email, company, role, workspace, team, billing, and subscription state.
- Connected platform data from Meta, Shopify, and other integrations you configure, including account IDs, campaign/ad data, product, order, customer, inventory, event, and sync-health data.
- Operational data such as approvals, action drafts, logs, audit records, source status, support requests, and privacy requests.
- Technical data such as IP address, device/browser metadata, cookies, session identifiers, request IDs, and security logs.
2. How we use information
- Provide the platform, authenticate users, manage workspaces, and keep integrations connected.
- Generate business overviews, source-status checks, recommendations, analytics, reports, alerts, and action drafts.
- Operate approval workflows, rollback records, audit trails, automation controls, and admin visibility.
- Monitor reliability, prevent abuse, secure accounts, troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Connected services
- When you connect Meta, Shopify, search, AI, creative, communication, logistics, support, CRM, or payment providers, we process data made available by those services under your instructions.
- Provider credentials and tokens are stored server-side and must not be exposed to browser JavaScript.
- Provider availability, permissions, retention, and deletion behavior may also be governed by the connected provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
4. AI and automation
- AI-generated recommendations depend on the data sources you connect and the freshness of those sources.
- The platform is designed to show missing-data, confidence, and source-status states instead of pretending unavailable data exists.
- Meta write actions should go through approval and action-execution workflows where configured, with audit and rollback records where available.
5. Sharing and processors
- We may share information with service providers that help operate hosting, database, security, analytics, email, payment, AI, and integration services.
- We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce rights, protect users, investigate abuse, or support a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
- We do not sell customer workspace data as a standalone product.
6. Retention
- We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, support audits and approvals, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.
- When a Meta data deletion request is received, the platform records a confirmation code, removes or nulls stored Meta tokens where matched, and exposes a public status page for that request.
7. Your choices and rights
- Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent where applicable.
- Workspace owners can remove integrations, revoke credentials, deactivate users, and request deletion through the privacy center or support channel.
- Some requests may require identity verification and may be subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting exceptions.
8. Security
- We use technical and organizational safeguards such as access controls, server-side credential handling, audit logs, encryption helpers, and least-privilege operational practices.
- No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure, so customers should use strong passwords, limit team access, and promptly revoke unused provider tokens.
9. Contact
- For privacy questions or requests, use the Privacy Center or contact support.
