It fuses your Meta Ads and Shopify data to reveal your real Blended MER โ not the inflated ROAS Meta shows you. We use Meta's official Graph API via standard OAuth. All API usage is within Meta's approved rate limits and terms of service. Our Meta integration uses only officially supported endpoints.

Blended MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio) = Total Shopify Revenue รท Total Meta Ad Spend. It uses real Shopify order data โ not Meta's attribution model โ so it cannot be inflated by view-through attribution, click windows, or cross-device counting. A Blended MER of 2x means every rupee spent on Meta ads generated 2 rupees in Shopify revenue (across all channels in the same period).
Meta inflates ROAS through: (1) View-through attribution โ claiming credit when users just see your ad without clicking. (2) 7-day click windows โ claiming conversions from people who clicked a week ago. (3) Cross-device double counting. (4) Ignoring other marketing channels. (5) Not deducting refunds. The gap between Meta ROAS and Blended MER is typically 40โ100%.
A MER above 2.0x is generally healthy for most Indian D2C categories. MER of 3x+ indicates strong ad efficiency. Below 1.5x warrants investigation. Below 1.0x means you're spending more on ads than your total Shopify revenue in the same period โ a critical signal.
Yes. Commerce Intelligence (Blended MER, true CPA, revenue attribution) requires a Shopify connection because it needs your real order data. Meta-only users get Account Intelligence, Creative Analytics, and Benchmarks without MER.

You can connect your Meta account in under 2 minutes via OAuth. Shopify connection is one OAuth click. Initial data sync runs in the background and is usually complete within 30โ60 minutes. Your first Blended MER is available the same day.
Yes. You can add multiple Meta ad accounts to a workspace. Each account is analyzed independently. Each account can also be linked to its own separate Shopify store โ there is no cross-contamination between accounts.
First, check the Data Readiness panel โ it shows sync progress per step. If a step is stuck, try disconnecting and reconnecting your Shopify store. For stores with 10,000+ orders, initial sync may take 2+ hours. If the issue persists, contact support@glimmio.com with your workspace ID.
Yes. You can use the platform entirely in read-only mode. The Action Queue will still show AI recommendations, but you simply never approve them. Alternatively, you can revoke the ads_management scope from Meta and use only ads_read for pure analytics.
๐จ Creative Analytics
Hook Rate is the percentage of people who watch the first 3 seconds of your video ad. It measures your ad's ability to grab attention before someone scrolls past. Indian D2C benchmark: โฅ 30%. Below 20% is critical.
Hold Rate is the percentage of viewers who watch 50%+ of your video ad. It measures content quality after the hook. A high Hook Rate with a low Hold Rate means your opening is strong but the content drops off.
Thumbstop Rate is the percentage of users who pause their scroll at your ad. It's the very first engagement signal โ even before they watch the video. It reflects the visual strength of your thumbnail or first frame.
The platform monitors frequency (average times each user sees an ad) and CTR trends per creative. When frequency rises above 2.5 while CTR falls more than 15% week-over-week, the creative is flagged as fatiguing. This is your signal to refresh or rotate the creative.
๐ค AI & Action Queue
Never. Every AI recommendation appears in the Action Queue as a pending item. You review it, see what will change (old value โ new value), and click Approve. Only then does anything execute via the Meta API. The AI is an advisor โ you remain the operator.
Budget changes (increase/decrease daily or lifetime budget), status changes (pause/unpause campaigns, ad sets, or ads), bid adjustments, and ad set targeting suggestions. All recommendations come with supporting metrics explaining why the change is suggested.
Yes. Every executed action in the Action Queue stores the previous state. Click the Rollback button in the action log to revert. Rollback also executes via the Meta API and creates its own audit log entry.
Yes. Every action โ approved, rejected, or rolled back โ is logged with a timestamp, action type, old value, new value, and which user approved it. This gives you a complete history of every change made to your Meta account through the platform.

Meta Ads Manager only shows you Meta's attributed ROAS โ which is systematically inflated. ๐ Privacy & Security
Yes. We access your Shopify data via read-only OAuth tokens. Customer data is stored in your isolated workspace and used solely to power your dashboards. It is never shared across workspaces, never sold, and never used to train AI models.
We store your Meta OAuth access token encrypted in our database to maintain the connection. The token is scoped to the permissions you granted during OAuth. You can revoke access at any time from Meta Business Settings.
You can request full data deletion at any time from your account settings or by emailing privacy@glimmio.com. We will delete all workspace data within 30 days of the request, in compliance with GDPR/data deletion requirements.
Yes. We support Meta's data deletion callback and provide a Privacy Center for users to request data access and deletion. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
๐ข Agencies
Yes. Agencies can create multiple workspaces under one account. Each client gets an isolated workspace with their own Meta accounts, Shopify stores, users, and data. You switch between client workspaces from the top navigation.
No. Workspace isolation is complete. A user in Workspace A cannot access any data from Workspace B. This is enforced at the database query level, not just the UI.
Yes. You can invite clients to their workspace with viewer or analyst roles. Viewers can see dashboards and reports. Analysts can also interact with the Action Queue. Admins have full control including integration management.
