The agreement for using Glimmio.
These terms cover your subscription, trials, billing through Stripe or Shopify, connected Meta and Shopify accounts, recommendations, and the Action Center approval workflow.
This page is the product terms for the platform. It is not legal advice. Review it with your legal team for your own business obligations.
1. The service
- Glimmio is a growth-intelligence platform for D2C and eCommerce brands that connects Meta Ads and Shopify data to provide analytics, recommendations, creative insights, and an approval-based Action Center.
- The service is provided on a subscription basis. Features available to you depend on your plan, trial state, and the integrations you connect.
- We may improve, change, or discontinue features over time. Material reductions in core functionality during a paid term will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.
2. Accounts and workspaces
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and workspace.
- Workspace owners and admins control who can access the workspace, which ad accounts and stores are connected, and which team members are assigned to them.
- You must have the legal authority to connect any Meta ad account or Shopify store you link to the platform.
3. Connected platforms (Meta, Shopify, others)
- Use of Meta features is also governed by Meta's Platform Terms and advertising policies. Use of Shopify features is also governed by Shopify's API and Partner terms.
- Access tokens are stored server-side and encrypted. You can revoke a connection at any time from Settings or from the provider's own admin console.
- If a provider suspends, rate-limits, or changes its APIs, dependent features may be delayed or unavailable. We are not responsible for decisions taken by Meta or Shopify about your accounts.
4. Recommendations and the Action Center
- Insights and recommendations are produced from the data you connect. They are decision support, not guarantees of performance, revenue, ROAS, or ad approval.
- Actions that modify your Meta campaigns or Shopify store (for example budget changes, pausing ads, or product updates) run only after they are created and approved through the Action Center workflow by a user with permission to do so.
- You remain responsible for all changes applied to your ad accounts and store, including their commercial results and policy compliance.
5. Plans, trials, and billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Prices, plan limits, and included features are shown on the Plans page at the time of purchase.
- New workspaces may receive a free trial. When the trial ends, access to paid features requires an active subscription.
- If you installed the app through the Shopify App Store, billing is handled through the Shopify Billing API and appears on your Shopify invoice. If you registered on the web portal, billing is handled through our web payment provider (e.g. Stripe).
- You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Taxes (such as GST or VAT) may be added where applicable.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to violate any law, advertising policy, or third-party right, or to send spam or deceptive commercial content.
- Do not attempt to probe, disable, overload, or bypass security or rate limits of the platform, or access data of another workspace.
- Do not resell, scrape, or white-label the service without a written agreement with us.
7. Your data and our IP
- You retain all rights to your business data, store data, and ad data. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that data to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- We retain all rights to the platform software, models, scoring logic, and documentation. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product without obligation.
- Aggregated, de-identified usage statistics may be used to improve benchmarks and product quality; they never identify your workspace or customers.
8. Availability and support
- We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without uptime guarantees unless agreed in a separate enterprise agreement.
- Support is provided through the in-app support channel and support@glimmio.com.
9. Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of the service in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the service in that period.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or advertising spend outcomes.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
- You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. Uninstalling the Shopify app cancels Shopify-billed subscriptions per Shopify's billing rules.
- We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security risk, or where required by law. Where practical we will notify you first.
- After termination we delete or de-identify workspace data within a commercially reasonable period, subject to legal retention duties. See the Privacy Policy for details.
11. General
- These terms are governed by the laws of India unless a separate agreement states otherwise. Disputes are subject to the courts of New Delhi, India.
- We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
- If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These terms plus the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and us for the service.
12. Contact
